Shipping policy


1. Shipping Origin



All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Moorea, French Polynesia. Each piece of jewelry is packaged with care to ensure secure delivery and uphold our quality standards.



2. Processing Time



Orders are processed within three (3) business days from the confirmation of payment.

Once the order has been validated and shipped, a tracking number will be sent by email so that customers can monitor the progress of their delivery.



3. Shipping Destinations



Guerchon Jewelry ships to the following destinations:


  • French Polynesia (including Tahiti and surrounding islands)
  • Metropolitan France
  • International destinations, subject to carrier availability and local regulations.




4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times



Shipments are made through La Poste Polynésienne, DHL, or FedEx, depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.


  • Moorea and Tahiti: estimated delivery time between 1 and 3 weeks after shipment.
  • France and international: estimated delivery time between 2 and 6 weeks, depending on the carrier, destination, and potential customs processing.



These delivery times are estimates and may vary. Guerchon Jewelry cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or other external factors.



5. Shipping Fees



Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

They are automatically calculated at checkout based on the package’s weight, destination, and chosen delivery method.

Guerchon Jewelry is committed to offering fair and transparent rates that reflect actual shipping and handling costs.



6. Tracking and Delivery



Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email containing the tracking information for their parcel.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

In the event of an incorrect address or failed delivery due to the customer’s absence, reshipment costs may apply and will be charged to the customer.
